Most of our customers take advantage of our block time plan as a great way to save money on needed computer services without the worries of annual service contracts. Block Time is a pre-purchase of labor as a block of time for On-Site Repair and Telephone or Remote Support at the rate specified for each block plan. By purchasing a block of time in advance, you receive a discounted rate and the convience of regular statements reflecting services provided and time billed. A standard service call counts as 1 hour of block time usage (unless it is a return trip for unfinished work on an open work order). Additional labor is tracked in quarter hour increments.
5 HOUR BLOCKS
For an office with 1-3 computers, we recommend a block of five hours at a discounted rate of $82.00/hour, for a total of $410.00.
10 HOUR BLOCKS
For offices with 4-12 computers, we recommend a block of ten hours at a discounted rate of $80.00/hour, for a total of $800.00.
40 HOUR BLOCKS
If your office has 20+ computers, we recommend a block of forty hours at discounted rate of $78.00/hour, for a total of $3120.00.
