Our primary services to family and friends will continue for computer and networking support. We can assist with setting up new computers, upgrading software, setting up email accounts for either Microsoft Office 365 or Google accounts. We recommend and use both Sentinel One Endpoint Protection or Open Text (formerly Webroot) or Malwarebytes Endpoint protection for our clients. Using Sentinel One Endpoint protection or Malwarebytes on client computers provides excellent protection against hackers, ransomware or malware.

We bill for services hourly rounded to the nearest one quarter hour. Work that requires an hour and 35 minutes to complete, will be billed 1.5 hours. Similarly, work that requires an hour and 40 minutes to complete, will be billed 1.75 hours.

Our small business pay-as-you-go hourly rate is $96.

Our family and friends hourly rate is $75.
